germinating temp for tall fescue

Hey all

I put down some seed about a week ago which I covered with organic topsoil and watered regularly. Since then the weather has dropped from the mid 70's to the 60's during the day and 45 or less at night. Are these temps too cold for the fescue to germinate?

So far none of it has come up that I can see and I am hoping I don't have to wait until next spring for it to grow in.
