  • WOW, Snapper pro walkbehind

I went to the snapper pro website, and WOW, the pro hydro walkbehind looks like a great machine. I am in the market for a 36/48 hydro walkbehind and as briefly as I ahve just looked at them, I like everything about them. All this considered of course haven't even seen them in person, would like to hear more about these as well. Anybody have any experience with them,

    How are the controls.
    How is the cut qaulity.
    ease of use?/

    Looks like a great product!

Years ago I owned a Snapper Pro 36" gear drive. It was equiped with the loop handles.

The good: The loop handles are nice and comfortable to use as opposed to pistol grip handles. Take a look at Snapper WB....you'll find they are very well constructed. I have never used a hydro model, but considering this exact same model was offered 6 years must say there isn't anything to improve upon???

The bad: The loop handles are a little bit too 'chunky.' Considering this exact same model was offered 6 years might suggest Snapper doesn't like to offer innovative products??? You likely won't find wiz-bang technology with the Snapper...just a basic, well constructed, reliable mower.

I had the 36" pro hydro. It was great. Very easy to use compared to a WB with pistol grips. It cut great, no stragglers. Don't get the ninja blades though, they suck. The thing I really liked was how easy it was to adjust the height.
