    I work full time and started a lawncare co. 2 years ago now things are takeing off and my partner wants to split.MY PROBLEM IS I HAVE TOO MUCH WORK FOR MYSELF AND NOT ENOUGH TO HIRE SOME1 FULL TIME . any 1 have any thoughts i would like to expand. thanks for all the help......krk ps. he worked full time and lived with me hes my wifes cuz :

    Hire someone part time. As you get more work, give them more hours.

      you probably know this, but > just incase things don't work with part time help, make sure that your highest paying/most regular customers get top priority. Put on your game face and roll with it.

        Hi krk,

        I agree. Taking smaller steps is sometimes better. You can then ramp up as needed.

            How about...

            Is there any way you can upgrade to larger & faster equipment to get the job done quicker?

            Lot of times people use equipment that is slower, not big enough and or underpowered. Look at your jobs to see if you could use larger equipment & then can you justify enough work to purchase it and make it pay for it self?

            It's hard to do but sometimes you just got to trim the fat to make better profits.

            Also I'm sure if you really try & look real hard you could find you some part time help. It would be worth it even if you had to pay them a little more money & of course use them mainly for the larger jobs.
