Where can I find a guide as to what various services should be priced at. I work for a fetilizer co. so I know what that part costs but I need to have something to give me an idea for mowing/power raking/clean ups/etc...... Thanx.

I'm sure it depends on your area. As far as Lawn Maint. the going rate where I am is around .0020 per sq. ft. up to .0030. However you have to take into consideration how much edging and trimming there is.
Now keep in mind this is for residential accounts. I just Bid a job for .0025 per square foot and then added $10.00 because of the extra trimming (lots of trees). The new cust. has been cutting his lawn for several years and was more then happy with the price. Each customer is differen't and thats something you have to learn as you go along. I have some res. that are better than some of the commercial Accts. You just have to get out there and Do it.
