I've had people come up to me and say who do I call for an estimate, or who is the owner. Then I find that alot of people know that you are the owner.

I just wonder if caprpet cleaning forums are saying "Why didnt they just walk up" or plumber or ... you name it. hey better question yet Why the heck do you have a phone# if you want to run your business like that? and besides what the heck is the question here? you got the job and if you didnt like they way she contacted you tell her to go elsewhere. shoal
