I'm glad I still live in a backwoods simple place on this earth where a mans word is all you need. I have never tried to get a customer to sign a contact in 15 years. I did refuse to sign one for a long time customer that was happy with my service. But some little guy was trying to make himself look good with this 10 page contract. It collected dust on the dash of my truck for a year. New year , new contract. He demanded I sign this one. So I walked out, they replaced the little guy with the unsighed contract & 4 years later I'm still cutting the grass & they still pay me every month.

But I can borrow money & I have insurance without having contracts. That could be because ...........well you know

I use contracts less and less. Like Erich said theyre junk basically.

Now this guy however i dont know. Had he PHONED me to inform me he didnt like contracts i probally would have said fine no problem. But "sorry i dont sign contracts" in a email,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, see ya.

I dont mow anymore but that 24 hr schedule change would have never worked for me. Nightmare waiting to happen.
