Removing and reseeding

Hi, I was wondering if someone can help me out with this. I never tackled this kind of project.

I need to bid the following:

I need to remove a 45' x 25' bed which was a wild flower garden. All the brush is gone, but the roots are still there. Customer wants me to remove and reseed. Please advise how to price and what exactly do I do to prevent the wildflowers and weeds from coming back to allow the grass only to grow.

figure out your man hours,any material mark up by 30% and dump fees, i wouldnt touch somethign liek that for less then $450.00
