i been using the duplicates that are at wal-mart that say STATEMENT on the front for my monthly invoices, i am looking to do something that is more personalized, any ideas are greatly appriciated

I have a local company do mine, I have the 3 page ones. I give the first one to the customer keep the two if they want it done they sign the second and third and they get one copy and I get the other.

I made my own... Using Appleworks and print on paper that is perforated evey 1/3rd of the page (so there is a "return with payment" coupon on bottom) that way when I get my checks back I know what invoice it was for. It also lines up the addresses with 2 window envelopes (the return coupon lines up with a single window envelope) to save problems with people sending my checks to the wrong place by lousy handwriting.

It's a simple one that's geared towards mailing. I also have a fancier one I made in CorelDraw that is an exact copy of the Quickbooks invoice with the company logo on it that I use for invoices that I email or hand deliver to the customer (use the same form for estimates too with all the "invoice, bill to:, etc changed to "estimate").

But any office supply store can get you 3 part invoices made up fairly cheap. You can also get templates for printing your own, but it isn't all that hard to format one with a word processing program.

Use Excell or Works and make your own in a spreadsheet. Takes only a few minute to make one and you can customize it as you like.

Sense where on the subject of invoice's I just completed my Online Invoice system. Sense 90% my customers have email. The ones that don't I just enter there info and print it out my self take it to them. Let me know what you think about this system I built.
