stripping kit for 21 inch commercial toro?

i noticed a yard in one my neighborhoods that had looked like it had been striped with a 21 inch, i was wondering where to get one of these kits.

The Eastman ST 21H is driven by a rear roller. One of the loal scrubs uses this mower and it takes him twice as long to cut a lawn.

Too much time involved to stripe with a 21" mower. Don't waste the time. Too hard to keep a perfectly straight line. Much easier to do with a larger WB or ZTR. Save your money.
