on my toro walkbehind i have a 15 hp vtwin kawasaki engine. ontop of the motor jsut below the recoil starter there is a plastic fan to cool the engine. I just noticed that the fan has a blade missing out of it. Is this a problem or is it fine, i would only think it would cause some balancing issues...cause its like a 15 blade fan so i dont think losing one will cause it to not be able to cool the engine

I would ask your dealer but that could be a very serious issue with the balance of your engine. You might not see side effects right away but in the long run you will. -
If the fan has that many blades and it is plastic it may not matter. I would check with the dealer though, no sense for a 5 dollar plastic fan to cause $500 dollars worth of damage.
