Weed Control in June?

I have a couple of new accounts that need weed control, and the grass is not growing. I am in Central Iowa. Is it to late to do dethaching or aeration? Also I think the cleint fertilized to close to seeding, what does that do? Is it too late to fertilize? The temp up here is getting into the 80's.

Help on the fertilization techniques would be great......

best thing is to call someone in that line of business. hook up with someone there and maybe you guys can swap business.

well if you dont have your license then it's against the law. that's what i was getting at. it's not worth you doing it. paying a steep fine that could put you out of business.
this is what i did, i found a self owned herbicide guy, he only sprays no landscaping or maintenance. until i get my license i give him all my business and he has giving my plenty of accounts.
