    Yep, so would I. This is simple 1/2 day deal. What the hell is a RC-30? I'd have to use a TC-35 but it's very capable. Simple, gravy.......

      A RC-30 could handle the job.

      I think some of you are making mountains out of mole hills here. They said it was mostly overgrown weeds and some 2" diameter saplings.

        THIS is an RC-30.



        Only 48" wide and 3300 lbs.

        My kids love it.

        I am HIGHLY concerned about the amount of debris in the yard, period. I have a bit of experience at re-grades, and, the mere mention of a crack house, ......

        Last thing I want is to have done a clean-up there, then the sod layer, the landscaper and the irrigation tech all get cut and stuck, and then the new tenants kids get stuck, and so on. Pay me for what is the right thing to do or you can get someone else to do a ****ty job. I WILL be sleeping well.....

        (Not that I was insiting I do the job MeanMOM.... but that is the right thing to do.)
