MM could you give a little more specifics on the postcards idea. ie: whats on the postcard? where you got them? are they individually addressed and stamped? etc. I was going to go with an approach of targeting new home sales in the area. It's easy because there listed in the paper with name and address also it seems that a lot of turnover occurs when people move etc. Anyone have any ideas on this? I like the idea also because it's area specific.

MM thanks.. Some good ideas in there..I think I'll head down to the printing shop on monday try to come up with some ideas..
