All equipment would retail well over $30,000. All equipment is used, but well maintained and in great shape.
Contracts:
1 full service neighborhood (Mowing, mulch, flowers, fert., snow, salt, etc.) which I have maintained for over 3 years
1 neighborhood mowing and snow/salt (other services upon request) for 3 years
3 commercial properties
9 residential properties (6 in same neighborhood)
1 commercial fertilization contract for 2 years
Numerous mulch jobs for same and new customers throughout the season
Numerous landscape jobs throughout season
Mowing contracts alone, based on 28 mows a year, are worth well over $40,000. This is without the mulch/landscape jobs and snow/salt accounts.
I will work with buying person/company for a period of 1 month for a reasonable hourly rate to get them comfortable and aware of all areas and properties mowed.
With all the equipment and contracts, I am asking $63,000 for all. Serious inquiries only please. For this price, you would make your money back in under two years, especially if you are a hard worker and would like to expand more. I also get a lot of work from another larger company that is too busy to get to some mowing and landscape jobs, so the normally call me first before anyone else.
