  • Operation Scumbuster - field office report

Though not an official agent of Operation Scumbuster, I decided to take matters into my own hands yesterday. I run a somewhat unique operation in my area for which I really don't have much competition in the niche I target. There are a couple of companies that I would consider direct competition but that's really it. One I know a lot about but the other has really just showed up this year. We've been getting a lot of advertising from him this year so I had someone call and find out about him. In the conversation we discovered that they aren't collecting sales tax, are applying chemical without a license and they're using illegal labor. So today I've reported them to the state tax collector, the state department of agriculture and we're filling out teh form to report them to teh IRS. Maybe it's mean but I figure if I've got to play by the rules, they should as well. We'll see what happens!

I'm with ya on that one.

I explained these things to some one that wanted to be my partner (no chance) when he wanted "us" to do all of the above. I told him I'd report him as easily as any one else. I was immediately accused of "Bastard Marketing" (TM).

Good for you, you did the right thing. Stephen M would probably give you a thumbs up too. Anyone who says what you did was wrong or that you're a nark, tell them to bite it.

You're a little fag. You know that you were in this guys shoes for a while too. Even though no one busted you, you go ahead and burn the ladder you climbed up and f*ck everyone else over. You're a sorry excuse. What did you fail in before you attempted your lawn service? What were you a building inspector? Dept of Motor Vehicles employee?

You would be wrong there. I was NEVER in this guys shoes.

You know, it would be one thing if they were just not collecting sales tax or just using illegals or just applying chemical without a license but they're doing all of it. Everyone complains about the illegal businesses driving down the prices and making it impossible for the honest guy to compete but if someone does something about it they must be a little fag failure, huh? Whatever.

YEE HAW, OSB is alive and well! This makes me happy!

            ANOTHER ONE BUSTED!

It'd be one thing if this dude where some highschool boy which didn't know any better; however, this dude is actively advertising....and from the sounds of it, fairly heavily at that! He knows better....he knows better. People try to cheat the system all the time --- this is why OSB was created.

            RIGHT ON!

            ........another one bites the dust........

Welp, conditions are improving out there....slowly but surely....in the future we'll have this industry up where it ought to be. Be sure to thank BCG for playing a small part in bettering your life.

What kind of piss poor attitude is this? People like that need to be reported, and any responsible, respectable person should do this. How do you know that he was in this turds shoes? Sounds like you are the little F-g that is trying to F-CK up the industry for others. Maybe you climbed the ladder by doing these things, but it shouldn't be done this way and I hope others dont keep playing by those rules. Instead of ragging on people and calling them disrespectfull names pull your head out of your arss and maybe give some constructive criticism.

Njnewbie IS a person like that. That's why he gets upset when he hears of other scumbags getting reported. You see, Njnewbie thinks the rules apply to everyone else, and those who play by them are suckers.

I'm waiting for the day that he gets reported to the IRS for income tax fraud and evasion, and to the Department of Agriculture for applying chemicals without a license. He'll find out just what kind of an ass reaming he can get (and not like in his wet dreams either). The IRS has the biggest pecker on the planet, and even Njnewbie won't be able to find pleasure in the royal screwing he will get.

SEVEN bucks??? Those lawn's would have to be less than half the size of Joke D's lawns in order to make a profit. I'm sure they weren't, of course. Sad.
