Aerate and Seed

I am wanting to aerate a little over an acre on a property. This is the only one for right now. My question is: Would the aerator at Home Cheapo or Blowes work for right now or should I spend the money on a Bluebrid pull behind Aerator. Which goes for about $400 around here.

yeah they will work fine i'd charge around 200 for the aerating and like 125.00 for the seeding

i hope the $125 is for labor and not seed and labor.
