    1. After three months of service you have defined your style of service to the customer. IE proved yourself and your quality.
    2. If the customer had a problem with your service it should have been addressed alot sooner if not immediately.
    3. Payment had been made for more than 2 months therefore you have a binding contract and reasonable expectation of service and pricing.

What sunk the ship was that customer's dont pay for poor performance and this lady had paid the same amount for 3 months and recieved the same quality of professionalism as she did from day 1.

    Case Solved!!

Crime Dog McGruff at your service, Thank you..

The answer is simple, but he wants it to sound more complex then it is.

If there was a contract (assuming there was) then the ladies opion of Bobbygedd's service is uselessin court. A court only looks at the legality of the manner in dispute. If she was unhappy then it was up to her to dicuss it with bobbygedd to resolve the problem.

If she bought a car and later decided she no longer liked it, she would not just be able to stop paying on it. Same situation here. A contract is a contract not matter what it is for. Now if bobbygedd was not holding up his side of the deal in the contract then she would have a case.

Nothing you said "buried the lady" in court. The law buried her.

What kind of man shakes down old ladies in court when they're not even on a 90 sheet? I doubt that Somerset County Courthouse in Somerville would even hear such a thing. You must have slipped at Laneco and hit your head...
“There are some who, uh, feel like that, you know, the conditions are such that they can attack us there. My answer is: Bring ‘em on. We got the force necessary to deal with the security situation. “ - George W. Bush, July 2, 2003.
