    yea yea, i know, poor customer service . this guy, who i just do ferts + squirts for (something i'll never offer again as a single service), likes to call 3 times a week. even though he has the paperwork with the schedule of aplications (requirement here in jeresy) he still need to call and say, "when are you comming, what time, what are u putting down again, blah blah blah." well, it got to the point where i just started ignoring his calls. one time, while i was at football practice, he called 5 times in 10 minutes! i refused to pick up the phone. he left messeges like, "it's obvious you are ignoring me, etc." well, i dumped him. would u tolerate this?

    I would dump them, you don't need that type of crappy customer. I always find that middle eastern people are the ones who like to call fifty times. Then they think you are dicking them around.

      nope, I'd drop his a$$ also. I live a life too, I don't spend every waking moment thinking about his lawn only.

        Those are some high class customers stalking you and all. Did you run one of your famed credit checks on this client?

        LOL

        Get past the excessive comma usage and loser-in-life talk AND you might find yourself same REAL high class clients who WON'T question your app scheduling.
