  • are some employees a bad influence?

i mean, damn, when i had one employee and i was dropping him off from job to job, i had no problem. when i added another, nothing seemed to change. now adding another, and another...all of a sudden, production per man, seems to be down! not only that, but, well once in a while i buy lunch, and the first guy used to order boloney, now, all of a sudden, he orders roast beef! wtf is going on? are too many employees a bad influence?

sounds like phony boloney to me. maybe if he tried the bologna he'd get what he was paying for.

This is actually the dumbest thread you have started to date Bobby.

not really. my point i guess was.........when i had one employee, i got xx amount of work done. adding a second employee, doubled the production. HOWEVER, adding a third employee, did NOT tripple the production, and adding a fourth, did not make production 4 times higher than when i only had one. you follow me? there seems to be more time spent fking off. while i'm not actually watching every move, my clock tells me that somebody, somewhere, is jerking around

          Bobby,
I think it will be really hard to maintain the same level of productivity when you add more employees. It might be more productive to have 2 2 man crews than 1 four man crew.
