I am just starting a lawn service and I know from all the suggestions I have read on this forum that a professional clean look is a must. Can anyone help with a company or web site where I can purchase uniforms that would be best used in a lawn care business.

No such thing as a clean look when temps are in the 90's.

What I do for work clothes is buy about 5 pair 100% cotton double pleated chinos and T-shirts in green and tan yearly.

When they are new I use them as casual sportswear. Once they get stained and beat from machine-washing they then become work clothes.

Then when they become ripped up, thin, and discolored as work clothes they are cut up and
become rags for doing mower and truck maint. work.

Tan and green have worked well as far as shirts and pants. I have tan t-shirts with green and black lettering screen printed on them. I have been wearing bluejeans with them but tan or green work style pants work well also. I tried other color shirts but found the tan color shows less dirt/dust. Every one looks professional and fairly clean while we are on the jobs even though we aren't that clean from the dust and grass. I also have baseball caps with the business name on them that we wear (tan hat, green visor w/black writing).

It is surprising but custormers do notice this along with the appearance of your equipment including our vehicle.

Try printing your web site address on your T shirts.

Light grey oversized tee shirts. Buy white painters caps at a paint store, use rubber stamp with ink that doesn't wash off to put company name on front of caps. Can be washed. Don't let guys ware logo or name away from work.(exposure can be bad, worker out in beer joint or commiting a crime, it does happen)
          Coolest,cheapest method I've found.
