what's the dumbest thing your customers did this year?

for me it was one who we did a mulch job for one week and the next week she has an irrigation system installed in her beds and we all know that these guys didn't make a mess. :laughing:

I had one call and complain and bi^%h all about her yard looking like chit on a Sunday night, she said they cut it friday and you can't even tell it, said it was the most horrible thing she ever saw.. Went by monday morning at 6 AM and the lawn was immaculate.....I told her dumb azz I was going to compliment my guys on a job well done. She said it just did not look good yesterday, but somehow it looks great this morning..........I really wanted to beeeooooooccccchhhhhhhhhh slap her dumb azz...............She did mention in the phone call - it only took them 2 guys 11 minutes. I figured she was clockwatching that 40.00 going out of her checkbooks in 11 minutes..I replied-Thats not bad timing, your lawn on an average mowing visit is a 10-15 job with 2 people...I will come by in the morning and evaluate it, if it is unsatisfactory to my specifications, I will have them over that evening to resolve the problem..
