RS the ripoff electronics store had a tom-tom they were orriginally selling for $349 on sale for around $150-$179

When they clear stuff out then they do have some good buys.........

$600 scanners for $99 just to get them off the shelves....

Anyway the tom-toms:

Both were the talking units that told you directions so you could keep your eyes on the road.....

I went back after research and some input here and they sold them all out in 3 days in my neighborhood while i dicked around over nothing.....

Other stores 50 miles away still had 1 or 2 left from their normal stock of 40 at 60 percent off but i didnt feel like driving that far that day so put it off.....

I have a magellan roadmate 6000t next time I get a garmin or tom tom I dont like the magellan to much. Its accurate though but its always freezing up
