  • How Much To Cut 10 Acres

Just wondering how much you guys would charge to cut 10 acres with very little weed eating.

I'd be $450-$550 depending on terrain.

Probably way high, but my biggest prop is only 2 or so.

I would bid it at 350.00 mowing only but someone will bid 200.00 on it and get it.

By the hour if you feel you have a good idea on how long it would take.

high-end mowing or fly through it? I'm around $350, but it could vary depending on conditions. And like someone said, someone out there would bid it lower.

here's a question for everyone regarding this: how long will this take you roughly? I know its hard to say without knowing knowing any other details, but just guestimate.

Depends if it's finish cut or rough cut. But I can tell you this much, if all it pays is $200.00-$250.00, I'll sit on my ass and watch someone else do it.

Does it really matter what equipment you have? The market will bear only so much to mow it anyway. Down here, commercial acreage is going for $60-$85 an acre with minimal trimming. I have this one property that's 11 acres, has about 1 mile of edging, all straight line. We are in and out in less than 3 hours using 2 z's. 1 guy is trimming and blowing and grabs the wb to help us finish up. I wish I had a bunch more like this one. I'd get out of residential in a heartbeat if I did.
