  • This Damn Rain In The Northeast...........

i got a trl full of mulch i bought saturday hoping i could slip it in either saturday afternoon, sunday, or monday and no way in hell so it will sit till saturday now as my mowing is behind with this crappy pesky rain. i use the dyed mulch and yesterday i probably could have gotten it down, but it rained super heavy yesterday afternoon and evening and would have ruined the job. today sucked as it rained lightly till about 2pm, then all hell broke loose and screw it, time to head to the house and drink.............

Never curse the rain. Drought is coming.
Besides, any excuse for an afternoon off with a beer is a good one.

Dyed from the supplier isn't any better in this rain. I put in 2 yds. yesterday between the rain and still had traces of red running down the driveway.

Took the tarp off the trailer this morning before taking the kid to school, come home to hook up and it started sprinkling, put the tarp back on and went gun and ammo shopping.

Got bunch of stuff for everyone to the tune of 1k of ammo! Yippie! I love the second admendment!

Pallet as in they shred the pallet to make mulch. Dye it to make it look 'pretty.'

I only have one local supplier so I have to take what they have if I want bulk.

i think they use pallets for that red crap though. it don't matter anyhows as this fricking rain keeps on coming down plus we got OZ warnings with one touching down a few miles from hooterville. i'll just drink myself to sleep and forget about all this mess.............:alien:

Makes life interesting......provides a challenge for lawn turds, cus mowing lawns is simple enough. Toss in some rain, all hell breaks loose. Throw in tornadoes and sheot hits the fan. Still remember that EF4 that rolled through Poverty last year. That was some fun stuff! Kept finding odd stuff all over town (even my yard) for months, still come across stuff here and there....:alien::alien::alien:

Rained all night once again, going to go out this afternoon after it dries some to get a few done.

Hopefully I can stay on track and not have to mow on Saturday, i hate mowing on teh weekends if I can help it.

waited for the rain to stop today, gave up and set the canoe in the street and went rowing

Have to go on a field trip tomorrow to Hershey PA, guess I will start mowing again Monday. On the upside I got 10 yards done yesterday between rain drops.
