A week ago I was mowing at a "for sale" commercial property and noticed there were some squatters that had taken up in the loading dock of the building. I called the property owner and they in turn called the police and had them removed. Thing is...a week later, the property owner happens by with a prospective buyer and sees the remnants of the squatters belongings in the loading dock. And of course he heads right to the local lawn terd to help him out. He says he'd like me to remove all of their stuff and send him the bill. No need to negotiate a price?

It was the end of the day, things had gone pretty good and I was ahead of schedule and ready to call it a weekend. But who am I to turn down easy money?!?! My question to you guys is, what is a "fair" charge to remove a couple of sleeping bags, a sweater, a few pillows, pick up about 2 cases worth of beer cans(and just my luck...not a damn unopened one in the bunch!), and some left over food containers?
I also found about $0.78 in change, a winning lottery scratcher ticket worth one free ticket, and a Sonic Card (don't know if there is anything on that).
