hasn't anyone ever heard of dumping the clippings into a barrel and then dumping that into the truck bed?????? it's so much quicker than trying to fill bags.

when i do bag i walk the catcher straight to the truck bed. i only dump the catcher once or twice. in the back yard i bring a 55 gallon drum i cut in half and put handles and a rope on. i fill that then when it gets full i run it to the truck bed. at the end of the day i stop and dump my truck bed at the compost site.

I would love to see pics of that, not picking on ya spot but you have to have left something out of this post, like maybe a plastic Drum? I only see it tearing the hell out of the yard. If and When I do bag I use a 35 Gallon Can and 2 dumps of the bagger fill the bag in the can, then I leave it at the Curb, Too much other crap in the back of my truck to add grass into it. Same holds true for the leaf pickup, but I might try the Mulch Kit eventually and see if it doesnt do better than Gator Blades and the chute blocked off.

yes it's half of a 55 gallon plastic drum. i actually have a full 55 gallon drum as well but if you fill that all the way up it's gets a little heavier than i want to dump into the truck bed.

in the front yards i just walk the bagger to the truck and dump it right in the bed. i usually do this once or twice this time of season. when i go to the back yard i bring the PLASTIC drum i have and dump the bagger in the drum and when it gets full i take it to the truck and dump in the bed. i have a rope tied to one of the handles i cut into the drum so i just pull it there. since it's half of a 55 gallon drum i can easily dump it.

the only thing in the back of my truck is 3 gas cans a rake a pitch fork and the bagger to my mower. i can always put the gas cans in the trailer and the rake and pitch fork just sit on top of the grass. at the end of the day i stop at the compost site and unload the grass.

you guys should come to fort wayne IN some time and see how we yankee's do it.................
