  • New customer recieved today......issues with

I picked up another client today, she has two acres of land 1st acre is peice of cake, 2nd acre is tricky, lots of slopes trees poison ivy ect ect. This is not the issue...the issue is she insists I use her zero turn instead of my own equipment, I have told her I do not want the liability of using her mower, if something happens its my a**. She is being a pain already because I keep refusing to use her equipment, she is like I spent all this money on this mower and get no use out of it and I would appreciate if you used this on my lawn..yadda yadda yadda...so is their anyway I can draw up a contract stateing if I use it I am not liable for any damage...eventually probably after the season I am going to ask her if she will just sell me the mower, but I want to give her what she wants and keep her happy, its an elderly woman, by herself, the mower was for her husband who has past.....

my next question is do you think 640 is too high for this...again the first acre is gravy...but the second has alot of hill and weeds, poison ivy, trees, hills ect ect. i plan on being there between 5-10 hours........depending on how intense i plan on whacking and getting down with the ivy

You meant that "he passed away, not "past.

If it is going to take you 10 hours to mow 2 acres, maybe you should consider using her mower, it may be faster than your trimmer.
