  • Customer begs me to take her back.

    I had this customer that wanted to be called the night before we were to come
    service her yard. I didnt really want to but needed some new customers so i agreed. It was going pretty good until she wouldnt answer the phone and she told me if i didnt talk to her dont cut it until we talked. Well that was 5 weeks ago then out of the blue she calls me and said go ahead and cut my yard friday i said no thanks. I told her that i have a schedule to keep and i dont just come cut when people call me. She started begging me and started saying how the guy that use to cut it would just come cut it when she wanted. I told her that i run a licensed and insured business and that i have a schedule and that you cant tell me when i am gonna cut your yard if your on a 2 week schedule i am gonna cut it every 2 weeks weather permitting. I told her that her spot had been filled
    and that it would be best to call the other guy that use to cut it. I hate ****ty customers that think i will just come cut their yard when they let it grow for 5 weeks.

    the customer is always right.................BULL $ H I T.......... stay away from her dumb-azz............unless, she is a hot hot MILF.

      No milf shes a big black woman, this year i started firing bad customers and it seems like when i get rid of one bad one i get 2 good ones.

              On call service??? Maybe....at triple the normal rate and if I can fit it in the schedule. Otherwise....see ya.

                  Then make her ass C.O.D. or tell her to find someone else. Yeah....triple the rate. You're probably mowing it off schedule, driving out of the way, putting up with a known pain in the ass....damn right triple and not one cent less. You can't make any money otherwise.

                    I've had some bad customers in the past and the smartest thing I did was drop them. I've found that if a customer is a pain from the beginning it will only get worse and it's really not worth it. With the crap you put up with for that one customer you could have been out drumming up more business.
