Whats the going rate on stacking around drain pipe of driveways. Planning to use some mortar. just not sure the time it takes so not sure on the quote. 200 for a pallet of rock is average in the area. Also is 1 pallet enough to do both sides on average?

very seldom do i use the bag stuff unless it's around a couple of pipes and that's it. you can figure how by length x width x depth = ? / 324 = cubic yards needed. hope this helps. keep in mind the size of the rock also.Originally posted by j2short View Post

How much rock is on a pallet? Yes, it varies.
Do you really need to use mortar or dry stack? Depends on the stone you are using and the application.......
How much prep work is involved? How much digging? Soil type? Native rock present?
