So, I go do an referral from a customer of mine.
She states that her friend tried XXX-XXXX and was completely disatisfied!
So, I go over the next day............................................... ................................just to intise the visit! ( not sorry if the spelling is wrong!)
Little old lady.
I look at the lawn.............................................. .......Completely over run with dallis grass.
She asked me "Can you get rid of it?
"I most certainly can!" I state.
"Are you Sure?" She says.
"Absolutely!"
"Wonderful"
"I can believe it!", I've paid XXX-XXXX over 600.00 and I've not seen any results.
So, I Broadcast the entire lawn!
I go too collect and state my price..................Which I didn't because she stated what ever, I don't care! (huh?)
$45.00
She pulls a wad of bills and hands me cash + 10.00.
After talking too her she want to give me $10.00 dollars more?
No!, NO!,......................................"Are you sure?", she states.
"Why are you so cheap?" She says.
"I'm not!", this is what I have to opperate." I state.
"OK!", she says.............................................. .......But, would you also, give me a bid too mow?" My lawn guy got mad because of the dallis grass."
"He said, it was terring up his lawnmower!"
"Sure!".
Now, I've got both!..........................................
This is the sixth customer I've picked up in the last 5 days?............................................Y ou got too love it when your comptitor drops the ball!
