Thought i found a human bone?

Turn out to be a lower leg bone from a dog!


While doing a landscape out of town I and my son came across a bone we thougt was a bone from a human.

I tried to get a hold of the homeowner who happen to be a author of his own book. An ex cop out of Los Angles Cal.

He turned it over the City Chiefs office who later called me too explain it was a dog bone.



I thought I was going to be in the paper!

What made me think that this was a human bone was the fact that it was cut in half.
