disposable was the plan as well if i cant find a sulution in the walkbehind catagory lol which was my plans remember lol

see personally from my business stand point they could replace the units weekly if needed and the new crews would still make a profit so if we can ,lets get back on our topic . what is your proposed 32'' ?????

You ought to be able to find several units. I know Toro still make em, Exmark likely does as well. The cheapest you'll find are made by Redhawk for a tad over $1000.

As I said, plenty to choose from, and that's just some of them....

As are the $350 Husqvarna mowers you're currently using..........

I have a belt driven 36" Metro that won't slip, even when mowing in rain. You gotta know how to adjust the belts.

Go with the 32" Stander then. Twin pumps and motors, compact size.....but I doubt you'd like the price.

The $350 21" mowers are cost effective if they just last one season. About .35 cents per hour in a 30 week season. At only $350 each you treat them cost wise like a brush cutter or backpack blower.

What XLS needs is to have a local metal fabricator make a prototype of a fold up hitch carrier that would be around 48" (I picked 4" to make it easy to cut the expanded metal) wide and 33" long to hold two 21" mowers.

I would make sure that the back of the carrier has brake lights and turn signals and reflective tape.

Depending on the mowers the total rear overhand at the handle is going to be close to five feet which is the legal DOT overhang limit. I would also cover the mower handles in red reflective tape.
