as of last week i'm at 100% on mowing customers that i do their applications for. i had one new mowing customer that started this past spring who switched last wednesday. she has 4 other of my customers next door and across the street. the other is one i've tried to get for a few years now but she said i was too high compared to her current deal which is a local operation that sucks. she finally got tired of looking at all her crabgrass and all the other crap that was growing in her yard and again she was able to see a couple of my other yards everyday that are near her. i actually re-did her yard friday and lucky for me the weather and soil temps are hanging in there so far. $$$$$$$$$

No one likes my pricing on snow removal. Not worth pricing low to win contracts when trucks take such a beating. Must be different in other places beyond Poverty, Oz. Besides, ain't nothing like being on-call all winter. :alien::alien::alien:

i agree on the truck beating, plowing can be harsh. I'd rather salt than plow, so much faster and still good money in the pocket. I've been able to get good pricing around here, never dips below 3-digits per hour, usually well above that. I don't mind the hours, cuz I love getting the checks in
