I'm wanting to expand my lawn care business into seeding, fertilizing, and weed control.

Can someone tell me what License i need to take out the middle man on my apartment complexes?

i also want to carry the proper insurance so what are the requirements? i currently have 1mil in gen liability insurance, will i need more?
