I have this guy that can't trim nor edge worth a ****. I believe every person trims and edges in their own way, but his way is too slow, and I've noticed several places he's missed here and there. It's bad enough I told my other guy to keep an eye on his work. I might also mention he has a way of picking up a trimmer after he's done mowing and trimming the same areas that had just been trimmed by the other guy vs. picking up a blower. Meanwhile, he seems to find the slowest way to mow each property too. To top it off, I can say the same thing to him three times and it's as if he never heard it once. He works hard though...about the only thing he has in his favor. :alien::alien::alien:

its simple, you either train the hell out of him or fire him. If he is a hard worked, has the heart and is atleast trying, he will get it figured out, if he doesn't have the work ethic, the heart or effort he will never get it and you will waist alot of money training him.

He's not milking the clock. He's just a mowron. I told him the best way to edge with a trimmer, but he informed me his way is easiest. Joints that take me around 10 minutes to edge and trim take him 4x that. I had him off mowing by himself last Saturday. All he had to mow were four lawns. Nothing big, nothing fancy. Took him 5 hours and grossed $140, meanwhile I grossed $859 in 12 hours today. It's shocking. :alien::alien::alien:Originally posted by delasgh View Postmaking a simple job last longer makes more $$$ and is easy on the body when one gets paid by the hour......why bust azz when you don't have to....FIRE THE GUY............
