He's an ass, this client of mine. I care for three of his properties. His house is a mansion he really can't afford. I've discovered him to be a lair, genuine asshole, and possibly the most selfish person I've never come across. I've seen him first hand treat his employees like total ****.
Last year I was paid through his mom's trust account for one month of work I did at his own house...nice to steal from your own mother (who is in a nursing home due to alzheimers). Earlier this spring his kitchen floor was "flooded." Claims it ruined his $30,000 imported hardwood floor. He's had nothing but problems with his irrigation system due to the previous lawn care company's neglect...talking near a grand in repairs this spring already. Then last week lightning blew one of the chimneys on his house apart, causing a chimney fire which he claims "just ruined the inside" on that end of the house. I'm told he didn't want anymore than three firefighters inside his house....fire chief told him they'd just leave then...:laughing: Fried his irrigation controller as well.....smells like electrical fire. Now he's freaking out because his precious lawn ain't getting watered. I don't feel sorry for him, he brought all this upon himself. :alien::alien::alien:
