• first mow of the year

I have found this winter to be odd this year. No real snow to speak of and we are in the 50`s here.
We are still mowing lawns on a 10 day schedule.
work is looking great for this spring .
Our schedule is full from now throught august for all of our crews and normally we wouldnt even try to work again until mid February. I hope 2012 is good to you all.

walker snow mower, youtube has a guy bagging snow off a lawn.
in our 2" snow storms they would do it here too.

I got some single stage snow throwers I found them awsome when they had 120V electric starts.
Thought that would beat the heck out of pull starting or dead batteries .

Dead bateries was the main issue to me. I found out trying to keep mowers running all winter ,you cant the cold screws with battery voltage it takes heaters and a battery booster then it is scary at times. what do you guys do up there in the real cold.?

.

We have got alot of things on our books this year as far as goals and if someone can tell me how I would like to post pictures along the way.

I will be building a 3000sq.ft.+ home on a 15 acre farm I recently purchased.

The building of a 3000 sqft. shop, service area, office building on approximatly 3 acres of the property.

Finish the painting and lettering of our older ranger dovetail trucks and full size trucks getting themfinished up.

Finallizing a new location outside of Jackson Tn ,I am currently working out all the details of the location with the locals.

We are making the changes to our company structure and setups to become more of a visible company and will be opperating 10-15 crews from this one area.
I will take opinions and make conversation along the way, it will be a long road.

Use a photo hosting website, such as photobucket.com

Create an account and start uploading your pictures there. In your album below each picture you'll see a link which to cut and paste into your forum post.

It'll look like this: (just with no spaces.)

Put it all together and once you submit your post.....
