What should I buy with 15,000 k that I have im starting my business this year no truck no equipment what should I start out with?

Try to find a $5k truck, $1k trailer, 2 $2500 mowers, new commercial trimmer and blower, maybe a used or low end commercial hedge clipper, spend another $1k on miscellaneous tools, supplies, spare parts and keep the rest for repairs and cash flow. -

I'd say use 2k on signs/flyers/biz cards because you need business, not tons of equipment. Advertise by going door to door and sticking out signs. Get a truck, wait on the trailer. Spend around 5k on a work truck that gets great gas mileage (good luck on that one). Spend 1k on a toro recycler and spend 1k on a stihl top-of-the-line edger and trimmer. Spend $450 on stihl or echo commercial blower. Spend $250 on an echo extended hedge trimmer and buy 2 5 gallon cans and some string and edger blades and a tool kit for your truck.
You should be good to go. You can load your mower in the back of your truck with all your equipment (it will fit). We fit 2 toro 21" recyclers before my biz grew in the back of a pickup. If you're going to be bagging the grass (the toro mulches great so you shouldn't need to bag) but if you decide you have to bag, you'll need to purchase a trailer too. Start small (5x10) and you can always upgrade later. Get one made for doing lawns or you'll regret it and will be welding tons of stuff onto it. If you land an apartment or start getting large acreages use all that money you saved and spend 8k on a new toro 52" ztr mower.
