starting out

interested in starting my own lawn company, what needs to be learnt, what are the minimum needs to begin?

I worked in landscaping about 10 years ago , been awhile, but have wanted to do this for a long time, I am 34 and its now or never.

where is best place to learn , books, videos, classes, maybe work with someone for this season and start next?

any suggestions would be a great help
