if the lot also includes a decent amount of trimming to do, and the lot is fairly square, i could easily take care of it in under an hour with my 60" ztr. Id have to do it aroud $50 per cut.

I work dublin, powell, arlington, worthington, new albany ect... My cost per acre is 65. However i will come off that if i have other stuff near by. For instance in plain city i have a 60, a 100 and than i cut a 3 acre for 145. Im sure youve noticed the (2) very large cos here. (1) of them is no threat to you in the residential market. The other is a huge threat to 65 an acre in both markets. Last year a few lcos started promoting 20 cuts back in campden and wedgewood so even a 30 was hard to get back there this time last year and my min gate drop fee is 35 so im picking up stuff they get fired on but every res got a flyer screaming 20 so my 35 sounds high back there now.

          Thanks.

I don't cut in columbus but my brother is a trustee for an estate and asked me if I wanted to mow it until it is sold. He just wanted me to come up with a standard price for the area. I figured that I would cut it since I am in columbus about once per week, anyway.
