Ok I started my lawn service this spring, and so far this year I am the.....

Lawn Man
Lanscaping Man
Gutter Man
Lawn Mower blade sharpening man
The put together furniture man
The fence repair man.

And this is only after four Months.. What are you guys?

I am a property maintenance provider. This means ill do what ever i am capable of if im payed. If its on the property and its outside and i can do it ill probally bid it. I have a couple residentials like that anyway. Ive lit pilot lights,ive even sealed a driveway (4500 sq ft ) cause i was offered the job. made 475 in 3 hrs. if you do this stuff for wealthy people that think they cant do it than you start getting messages on your phone like this. " hey mike this is jim, i dont know if you or 1 of your guys can do this but the gutter on my garage is full and has broke off at the back. I have to be in phoenix by 10 tomorrow and i dont have time to find a gutter man.If its something you want to do than go ahead and bill me accordingly whatever you need for it. thanx mike let me know ok"
