    yes and getting a $40,000 account will have alot more impact than gettin a $1500 residential. I think you'd want to focus on getting not losing accounts. shoal

      Hey Green Genie, thanks for asking, I was going to get on here today and do the same thing, I'm 100% residential, but for sanity purposes I think I'm going to slowely transition into the commercial area. Hope thing go well for you

        long term, that 40k acct is a high risk. in fact, still having them in 2 yrs is a crapshoot. i bid on commercial work, each time i was underbid by as much as 60%. if i lose a $1500 res acct, i can have 3 in its place by day after tommorow. how fast can you replace a 40k acct? unless you're already rock bottom on your prices, you'll lose that acct. anyhow, what you do for 40k, i'd probly bid at over 100k
