Well i am moveing and i have 6 lawns that i have to give up. i asked a few friends and they didnt want them so i was just going to tell my costomers to look in the phone book until another friend said sell them to someone. i never thought about it, but it happens all the time. i was just wondering if i find a guy that wants them how much should i sell them to him for? i have 5 avg. size lawns and then one big lawn its about an acre. should i price them individualy or just one lump some? thanks!

Try for one lump sum.
I bought 23 lawns off of a guy this spring. He charged me the first 2 cuts worth. In other words, if the lawn is a $25 lawn, then charge $50 for it. You might want to even try the first 3 or 4 cuts worth. Start off with 4 cuts and negotiate from there. There are only 6 lawns after all. After the first month, whomever buys them is making a profit.
You can still do this for selling individually also.
