    First Post:

Just wanted all to know how very helpful these forums have been to me.
Jan.6,2003 I found myself no longer willing or able to take the factory any longer. It was my first indoor job in 18 years of employment, and my last. I am however thankfull that it provided good income and benifits for eight long years.
Without any set course of action for the future, a friend say's one day " let's go into the lawn and landscaping business together " the rest is history.(and so is he.)
I on the other hand have never looked back. I applied a small amount of capital to what my limited research told me was adequate equiptment. I researched at night and advertised all day, and worked other jobs to keep cash flow.
Behind the scenes I was going over every string on this site, weighing the information. I have found that the advice that has been shared has been very helpful and responsible.
Not to mention the humor that has surfaced in some postings has been good during discouragments..
My hope is that some day I can be on the giving, not the recieving end of the conversations, to return greatfully what has been freely given to me!
I'm Town & Country Lawn Care L.L.C. doing well and growing.
Thanks, in no small part to many of you for all the questions and wisdom.

P.S. I'm only the backbone, my wife has applied her 25 years of knowledge in all things green to make this the success that it is!
