For bushhogging I charge anywhere between $75 - $100 per hour. I have new equipment that I'm making payments on. But repairs are'nt cheap on any tractor. You never know what is hiding in the weeds for you. You can stay home and not make money easier than to sit on that tractor and lose money, is what I always say. If people were that poor, they would'nt own the big property they need bushhogged.

On bushogging I charge different on every job. Alot depends on travel time, size, and condition. On small lots (less than 3 acres) I charge about 50 an ac. depending on how grown-up the area is. I live in rual area with alot of farms and tractors. On bigger areas 30-35 an ac. On Bigger jobs 25 to 100 arce we use batwings. On bigger jobs if your getting paid by the arce be sure to get a deed or some record to make sure how many acre's are really there.
On drive work, grading, disc ect. I usaully charge a 2 hour min. then a hourly rate after that.
If you live in an area where there is alot of hunters you might try getting into "Wildlife & Food plot management" It will keep you busy in the fall.
