What do you include in your fall cleanups?

This is a curiousity question. What does everyone include in their fall cleanups, and what do you charge. I am interested to see how much of a variance there is in service and price, especially by region.

Clean up includes leaves, branches, ect. NO weeding, everything else is extra. $45 per man hour including disposal costs.
