I was given a deal for a brush cutter, not sure where to find brush cutter jobs if I do buy it. And wondering if there is a big demand for brush cutting in any of your areas and where should I try?

Depends on your area. Generally, the more rural the more brush.
Any property/lot that's overgrown or getting that way. Vacant and/or undeveloped lots. Cities have to maintain to have them done, if you dare go into some of these areas.
Have someone drive you around for a while (slowly), do a visual of possibilities near your work area.
