What do most do about the plugs that are left after aerating a lawn??? PLease advise.
Those who go to work in the dark and come home in the dark are bound to be successful.

Here in NC, we leave them. The first rains will begin breaking them down and they dissolve back into the soil after a short time.

I probably wouldn't do this for customers but on my own lawn I fashioned a drag mat out of a section of chain link weighted down at the rear and pulled it around the lawn. I do this anyway a couple times a year to level out the worm mounds. And I don't do it right after aerating, waited till the holes were almost closed up and cores broken down. Its slowly smoothing out what was a really rough lawn when we moved in.
