                Happy New Year everyone!

P.S. Phil, I know you are just waiting for someone to say it, so I will...... what's with the Spanish? If a person can only read spanish, they won't stick around here long enough to see your 3 posts that have been so nicely translated.

Hasta Luego Sr. Loco. Me gusto un taco! Mmmmm Burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrito.

                There, I've done my part!!!

Either way, have a great and prosperous New Year guys.

No offense but ... You always seem to "assume" you know what somebody is thinking ... nail down some reasoning so you'll feel more comfortable in that you've got the rationale figured out ... trying to figure out motives ... maybe you want to post in a few scenarios ... try on for size ... yeah ... this is why or that is why ... for the time being I'll just keep you guessing

well we have already heard phil tell us that the mexicans are taking over the industry and that eventually they will dominate it and force the white man to play the game theyre way. Not in those exact words but that was the message i got. I dont buy it being ive yet to meet one that can speak english.Ive seen them at nurseries and such here and there and ive yet to meet one that didnt seem like a really nice guy though. Ive went as far as to direct that comment to an employee of mine 1 day that its to bad they cant speak because they seem like really great guys. Always polite,as helpful as they can possibly be and they actually seem to take better concern w/ my loads than does some of the ****y arrogant white boys. Thing is its hard to believe theyll ever get past the laborer positions if they wont take any inititive. It seems they are comfortable moving stuff around but thats about i see them doing. Ive seen a few behind mowers but ive yet to see one driving. This is just my 2 cents and in no way a effort to punt mexicans. Like i said above, ive only been impressed w/ theyre manner and likeability. Just dont see how they can fit in to my project if they cant speak or read.

Maybe I was misunderstood ... I'm not implying Hispanics will take over the industry but I believe they will have an impact. More and more my own customer base is changing. Just a few years ago Hispanics accounted for only 5% of my sales ... now it's 15% and yes they have a huge barrier to this biz which is mostly the language barrier. I think Hispanics bring a really good "work ethic" to this biz ... and we have many new companies emerging especially in Florida, California and Texas ... also New York ... because those states have the greatest populations of Hispanics.
                      _____________________________________________

Me entendían mal quizá...

Scaper ... you better learn Spanish or hope they learn English because you'll be working for them. During the next decade 3 out of every 5 homes will be purchased by Hispanics. Much money they will spend with you so show some restraint? Also without the Hispanic vote it's not possible to be elected President in the U.S. Need I say anymore? For many months we have had many Hispanic visitors to this site and they are going to stick around. You should start making posts in Spanish it would make things easier for me too.

Por muchos meses hemos tenido muchos visitantes hispánicos a este sitio y van a pegarse alrededor. Usted debe comenzar a hacer los postes en español que haría cosas más fáciles para mí también.
