needing some advice

This year I am going after comercial Accounts . And what I want to know is .When you ard bidding how many mows are you estimateing for . And what do you do if the mowing season last longer than you figured. Do you charge for each additional mow . Also what dates do you figure to starte and finish the season on. Don't you think this info should be on the agrement.

OH yeah I forgot to add that I live in Ohio.

I generally use 28 weeks of mowing in my bids, however there were a few more in 2003.
